Most of the aformentioned data must also be collected when placing an order via facsimile, conventional mail (when ordering via credit card), or when calling us directly to order.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS USING UNSECURED COMMUNICATION -- SUCH AS STANDARD E-MAIL CONTACT! (IF we receive an order via standard e-mail, we can NOT accept the order under any circumstance. Any provided information (a credit card #, for example) will be destroyed & will never be able to be used at our store.
